First, Christian Louboutin sues YSL for copyright infringement of his trademarked red soles, now they are suing the São Paulo-based brand Carmen Steffens of Brazil for the same thing. Really ?!?! It seems to me that someone is feeling a little territorial and insecure. These "knock-offs" (although I'm not sure you can say that YSL is a knock-off) don't even remotely look like Louboutins, even with the red soles. Plus, why would you want to create an enemy out of a fellow luxury brand? Nothing good can come from such petty actions.
